Triquetra Medicines generally operates as a strategic development and holding company. Individual assets and their associated expansion opportunities are advanced through dedicated subsidiary companies established as autonomous execution vehicles. As a result, investment opportunities are typically offered at the asset level rather than within the holding company itself.

As a matter of principle, we do not seek investment for the exploration of ideas or speculative research. We are not a research organization. Our focus is on execution-ready opportunities supported by substantial scientific and clinical validation, with a clear line of sight to commercial inflection and value creation.

Our sustainable-profit philosophy should not be mistaken for a non-profit mindset. Quite the opposite. We believe our development model can deliver substantial investor returns while reducing capital exposure, development risk, and investment horizons relative to many conventional pharmaceutical development strategies. We encourage prospective investors to challenge these assumptions. We welcome such discussions because the underlying rationale is deeply embedded in how we identify opportunities, structure development programs, and create value.

Rather than pursuing short-lived value spikes driven by conventional pharmaceutical exclusivity cycles, we focus on building durable value with the potential to extend well beyond initial commercialization and, in selected cases, beyond loss of market exclusivity itself.

Accordingly, each development vehicle is structured around a bespoke value realization strategy. Depending on the asset and market opportunity, this may include licensing, royalty-based structures, strategic transactions, redemption mechanisms, secondary liquidity opportunities, or other tailored pathways designed to align the interests of investors, management, and long-term stakeholders.

We value competent capital over passive capital. Beyond financial resources, we welcome investors who can contribute strategic insight, operational expertise, industry experience, and governance support. For the right partners, active participation at Board level may form part of a broader long-term relationship.
